Refund policy

At ShopEzyy, we maintain a 30‑day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by a valid invoice or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at shopezyy.contact@gmail.com; returns must be shipped to B‑20 Gandhi Nagar, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, and items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will bear the return shipping costs; for all other returns, customers are responsible for courier charges, and if a prepaid label is provided, the cost will be deducted from the refund. Please note that certain categories are non‑returnable, including perishable goods, customized or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards. We do not facilitate direct exchanges; instead, customers may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval, and if accepted, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank or UPI processing timelines.
