At ShopEzyy, we are dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience by delivering your orders safely, promptly, and with full transparency.
1. Serviceable Locations
We ship to over 26,000+ pin codes across India. If your location is identified as non-serviceable after an order is placed, our team will notify you within 24–48 hours and process a full refund.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time: Most orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 24 hours.

Dispatch Window: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically handed over to our courier partners on the same or next business day (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).

Confirmation: You will receive an automated email/SMS with tracking details as soon as the supplier dispatches the product.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary based on your location:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.

Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days.

Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days.

Please Note: These timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express). Delays may occur due to seasonal peaks or regional disruptions.
4. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Standard Shipping is FREE for all prepaid orders above ₹499.

Orders below ₹499: A nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹70 may apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable convenience fee may be charged for COD orders to cover additional handling costs by the courier.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for most locations. To ensure successful delivery, our automated system or support team may perform a verification call/WhatsApp for high-value or first-time COD orders. We reserve the right to cancel orders that remain unverified.
6. Real-Time Tracking
Once dispatched, you can track your package using the link sent to your registered mobile number or email. Tracking usually goes live within 12–24 hours of dispatch.
7. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

If the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect after 3 attempts, the order will be marked as RTO (Returned to Origin).

For COD orders, repeated RTOs may result in the suspension of the COD facility for your account.

In case of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or the seal is broken, please refuse the delivery and take a photo/video of the package. Contact us immediately at shopezyy.contact@gmail.com so we can initiate a replacement.
