Terms of Service – ShopEzyy

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ShopEzyy website and services. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services or make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using ShopEzyy, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All products listed on ShopEzyy are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing, but errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct errors and cancel or refuse orders.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or verification of Cash on Delivery (COD) eligibility.
  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and COD (where available).
  • ShopEzyy reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout but may vary due to location, courier availability, or unforeseen delays.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by a valid invoice.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is covered by us. For all other returns, customers bear the return shipping cost.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

8. User Accounts and Conduct

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree not to misuse the site, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ShopEzyy—including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and software—is the property of ShopEzyy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopEzyy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShopEzyy, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
